America has always been a nation of immigrants, from its very origin to contemporary times. And each and every one of these immigrants shares the same story of the struggle to adapt and succeed in this free country. The New Americans Academic Aid (NAAA for short) is a nonprofit organization of bilingual high school students in Lake Oswego, Oregon who have decided to help young scholars of immigrant families catch up and succeed among their American-born peers in this country. Our members are highly-achieving, hand-picked students with academic, social, and linguistic skills that are reviewed by the organization.
